We follow a play-based, child-centred learning approach informed by internationally recognised early childhood education principles. At Divi Teddies, we believe that young children learn most effectively through hands-on exploration, imaginative play, creative expression, and guided discovery. Our teachers act as facilitators — sparking curiosity, providing scaffolding, and celebrating every step of growth.
We follow New education policy 2020 and New education framework ( NEF)
04.
Separation anxiety is completely normal and expected, especially in the early weeks of school. Our teachers are extensively trained and experienced in supporting children through this transition with patience, warmth, and consistency. We follow a gradual settling-in process — beginning with short sessions and increasing duration gently — and we keep parents closely informed throughout. The vast majority of children settle in beautifully within the first two to three weeks.
05.
The safety of every child is our highest and most non-negotiable priority. Our campus is equipped with CCTV cameras throughout all areas, a secure entry and exit system with visitor logging, child-proofed furniture and electrical fittings, soft turf flooring in all play areas, first aid trained staff, and strict drop-off and pick-up protocols. No child is ever released to an unauthorised adult under any circumstances.
06.
We maintain a deliberately low student-to-teacher ratio across all our programmes. This ensures that every child receives meaningful individual attention, that no child gets lost in the crowd, and that our teachers are able to truly know and respond to each child's unique needs, strengths, and personality.
07.
Absolutely — and enthusiastically! We believe that parents are a child's most important teachers, and we actively build parent partnership into our school culture. We organise regular Parent-Child Activity Days, parent-teacher meetings, open days, and special events where families participate together. We also maintain consistent communication about each child's progress, milestones, and daily highlights.
08.
We encourage children to bring healthy, homemade snacks from home. Our school follows a no-junk-food policy — we actively promote healthy eating habits from the very beginning. Please speak to us at the time of admission for details on our current meal and snack policies, as these may vary by programme and timing.
09.
Please contact our admissions team to enquire about transport availability in your specific area. Arrangements may vary based on your location and the current academic year.

We get asked this a lot — and we love the question! What makes Divi Teddies truly different is the combination of things you don't always find together: a genuinely warm, family-like school culture; a vibrant and purpose-built campus with features like an AR Learning Room and indoor play zone; experienced, passionate teachers who know every child by name and personality; a curriculum that is both play-based and academically strong; and a community of engaged, supportive parents who feel genuinely welcome in our school. Come and see for yourself — we think you'll feel the difference the moment you walk in.
11.
The health of every child and staff member in our community matters deeply to us. We ask parents to keep children home if they are unwell, feverish, or showing symptoms of contagious illness. Our staff are trained to identify signs of illness during the school day and will contact parents promptly if a child is not feeling well. Our campus is sanitised regularly, and we follow strict hygiene protocols at all times.
12.
